New Song: Ciara – ‘How We Roll (Remix)’ [featuring Lil Wayne & Chris Brown]

Published: Friday 3rd Nov 2023 by Rashad

Surprise!

Just days after turning heads with her Lil Wayne-inspired Halloween costume, Ciara was inpsired to lift the lid on a long-awaited collaboration with the legendary emcee.

Ci may have watched the Chris Brown-assisted How We Roll ride right into the top 10 on Billboard R&B charts in August, but now she’s looking to catapult the CiCi‘ EP hit to even higher heights on the tally by enlisting serial hitmaker Lil Wayne for its official remix.

“That’s how we roll with it / And when she give me my flowers, I stick my nose in it / It just be me and lil’ mama, we don’t need no witness / And I hit it like a model ’cause I’ma pose in it,” Wayne raps on the sizzling revamp.

The song comes as the latest cut from the EP to get the single treatment following the warmly received Forever‘ featuring Lil Baby.

I actually feel bad for Ciara cause I like her. But the fact that Chris Brown delusional fans swears he’s the biggest male R&B/Pop artist in the world and this generation Michael Jackson makes it hilarious that the original supposedly HUGE collaboration of this song didn’t even crack the Billboard Hot 100 or top 5 on any R&B charts lol.

Btw where’s his new single Sensational on the charts?? Nowhere but get ready for him to beg and cry for you fools to buy his 22 track album that will eventually turn into only FREE STREAMING NUMBERS cause his own delusional fans don’t even spend money on his trash music SMDH

      • Tino November 3, 2023

@DUA LIPA FACTS FACTS FACTS Chris Brown has severely out sold and out performed on his charts by Bruno Mars, The Weekend, Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber. All have at least 5 Billboard Hot 100 #1’s and 3 albums with over 5 million sold. Chris has neither in over 15 years.

      • OnMyMama November 4, 2023

@OnMyMama THANK YOU. Lord these Chris Brown delusional fans are like blind cult followers. And you didn’t even have to mention Ed Sheeran either lol.

    • eric November 3, 2023

Tino… like I said before, I like both artists, but what you’re saying about Chris and the charts is true for Usher too. When is the last time Usher, on his own, reached the Billboard Hot 100 or top 5 on any R&B chart? “Bad Habits” didn’t do it. “Glu” didn’t do it. Chris outperformed both those songs with “Under the Influence”. Usher had to go back to Summer Walker and City Girls to move up the charts again. No hate. That’s just being honest. So not making the Hot 100 with “How We Roll” is perfectly okay. After all, Chris has more than double Hot 100 entries as Usher.

      • Patrice November 3, 2023

Double the entries because he pushed music out like a factory. Usher has 9 #1’s compared to CB’s one or two… Usher has one album that outsold CB’s entire career. Basically Usher is still more successful with less output and that’s facts

      • Tino November 3, 2023

@eric Bro will you speak FACTS or STFU. Any R&B charts???? Both Bad Habits and Glu went #1 on the adult R&B chart and Glu went top 4 on the hip-hop and R&B airplay charts, after 30 years in the industry.

Furthermore Usher isn’t Chris Brown contemporary, he’s Chris influence said by Chris himself. In Usher prime years from 1997-2012 he was the number one solo male R&B/Pop artist in the world, out selling mainstream white rock and female pop artist . While getting 9 Billboard hot 100 #1’s and 13 Hip-hop and R&B chart #1’s which are both the most since Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye.

In Chris Brown prime he’s gone 15 years without a Billboard hot 100 #1 and went 13 years without a hot 100 top 5 until Drake saved him with No Guidance lol. He’s released 100’s of forgetable songs that only charted thanks to FREE STREAMING NUMBERS from 30 and 40 song albums that still didn’t reach 5 million lol.

There’s no comparisons when speaking FACTS

      • Tino November 3, 2023

@eric talking about honesty when you didn’t even know Bad Habits Glu went number one on the adult R&B chart. Maybe before you comment you should do more research and stop getting your info from Wikipedia lol.

Btw Usher is in his 30th year and 4th decade in the industry?. Was Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson and Prince as successful as Usher and R. Kelly in the 2000’s?? Nope but delusional fans didn’t call Stevie, Michael and Prince flops while saying Usher and R. Kelly was more successful.

Stevie, Michael and Prince legacy was already set in the 2000’s, same as Usher’s is now. You delusional people just refuse to admit it. But name any R&B artist that debut was 1993 and is still as relevant and successful as Usher?? I’ll wait

      • eric November 3, 2023

Tino. You bring up one chart like it negates the fact that “Under the Influence” outperformed “Bad Habits” and “Glu”. Where were those two songs on the Hot 100? You have all the facts, so I’m just asking, honestly.
I don’t understand to begin with why you’re putting Chris down over one recent collab like his song with H.E.R. wasn’t #1 on the Adult R&B chart just two years ago, the same year that Chris broke his own record for longest running #1 song on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart with “Go Crazy”. And I won’t take the 30-year journey down memory lane with you to bolster an argument that was originally about recent music. What I said still stands; in terms of recent solo music, Chris has come out ahead. Facts.

      • Tino November 4, 2023

@eric ok dude are you stupid or slow?? Can you read?? I’m bringing up the Billboard Hot 100 because its the most prestige single chart and in Usher prime years he had 9 number ones which is still the most by any male R&B/Pop artist since Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder. And that’s even with this new generation of free streaming numbers that makes it easier for artist to achieve now. Except for Chris Brown who’s gone 15 prime without one lol.

      • Tino November 4, 2023

@eric ohh so you don’t wanna include Usher entire 30 years career?? You just wanna talk about the back end of his career after being out for 20 years?? Ohh the Usher 9 Hot 100 #1’s don’t matter but the fact that Bad Habits and Glu didn’t reach the Hot 100 in his 27th and 30th year in the industry matters huh?? LMAO you sound like a clown dude.

      • Tino November 4, 2023

@eric talking about Usher needing features???? Chris went 13 years without a Hot 100 top 5 until Drake saved him with No Guidance lol. Talking about Chris Brown longest numbers one streaks on the R&B and Hip-hop airplay charts?? Who was featured on the songs?? Drake and Young Thug lol. Meanwhile on that same chart Usher still has 16 number ones to Chris 10. And that’s with Chris releasing almost 50 more songs and getting free streaming numbers lol. Stop comparing Chris Brown to Usher when he’s not even on Bruno Mars, The Weekend, Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber levels SMDH

      • Tino November 4, 2023

@eric Michael Jackson most successful years 1979-1995, Prince most successful years 1982-1993, Janet Jackson most successful years 1986-2006, Whitney Houston most successful years 1985-1999, Mariah Carey most successful years 1990-2005. I can go on and on. Usher’s was from 1997-2012. Are Toni Braxton, Maxwell, Ginuwine, Deangelo, Brandy, Monica or Mary J still putting out huge hits and million selling albums???? But Usher is suppose to huh?? Lol learn something dude
